The baking behind Nia Bloom began in 2016. Long before there was a pop-up table or a three-product menu, there was the simple pleasure of making something with care and seeing what it meant to the person receiving it.
Over the years, the details became part of the language too: the box, the ribbon, the flowers, and the feeling that something small can still feel considered.
A new chapter, with room to grow.
Nia Bloom Bakes did not begin as a shop, and it is not trying to become one overnight. It began as an idea for a table — cream linen, fresh flowers, small gold details — with a few products made properly instead of twenty-five made in a rush.
In 2026, Nia Bloom (Pty) Ltd was formed to give that next chapter a proper home — for the baking, the pop-ups, the celebrations, and whatever may bloom from here.
The scale may change. The care behind it should not.
